Your address,
handled with care.

Who we are

No Hands Games (NHG Ltd) runs nohands.games and sends the Duotronic weekly update. Write to [email protected] with any question or request about your data.

What we store

• Your email address.
• The time you ticked the box and submitted the form (your consent).
• The time you opened the confirmation link (your opt-in).
• The country your connection came from, worked out from the IP address at sign-up. We keep the country only, never the IP address.
• The time you unsubscribe, if you do.

Sign-up requests are limited, so we keep a count of recent sign-ups per connection. Counts older than a day are cleared the next time anyone signs up.

Why

To send you the update you asked for, and nothing else. The legal basis is your consent. The emails carry no tracking pixels and no tracked links.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we keep your address only as a record that it is never emailed again; it receives nothing more unless you sign up again. An address that is never confirmed stops working after 7 days and is never emailed again unless it is submitted again.

Who handles it for us

Resend sends the emails as our processor. The list itself is kept in a Cloudflare database that serves this site.

Your choices

Every update has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data at [email protected], and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
